If your item arrives damaged please message via ebay to give me the details. I will need photographic evidence of the damage to enable me to replace your item. I will do this for you as soon as possible. This evidence also enables me to make a claim against the courier company so please do NOT attempt to mend the item as I cannot then make a claim.
