Wooden Dragon Carving- Dragon With Wings

This beautiful dragon is hand carved for us in Bali. The artist has cleverly captured the majesty of the beast and the attention to detail is superb. From feathers to scales nothing has been missed. The material used is a wood called Suar which has light and dark grain unique to each piece and each carving varies accordingly. Please note that the colours can go from a very light almost white colour to a dark brown colour. The carving has been lightly waxed to enhance the wood. As with all carvings keep away from heat sources such as radiators to ensure the wood does not over dry.
